Overview

The Technical Service Representative at Solenis is responsible for providing excellent service to assigned clients and team members, ensuring 100% business retention and exploring expansion opportunities.

In Short

  • Guarantee excellent customer service.
  • Monitor plant operations.
  • Maintain testing equipment in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and clients.
  • Build strong working relationships with plant personnel.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Prior experience in water treatment preferred but not required.
  • Driver's license required.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, technical, or technological degree in engineering, chemistry, maintenance, or related fields.
  • Experience in water treatment is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Valid driver's license.
