Overview

The Logistics Analyst I is responsible for managing the freight consolidation process and delivery appointment scheduling for top Distributors in our Institutional business, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

• Manage freight consolidation and delivery scheduling.
• Review open order reports and consolidate shipments.
• Execute SAP transactions for delivery creation.
• Track production and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with customers and transportation providers.
• Investigate shipment issues and customer claims.
• Communicate with various teams to fulfill open orders.
• Work with Uber Freight for carrier assignments.
• Maintain organization and stakeholder collaboration.
• Provide support for logistics operations.

Requirements

• H.S Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics.
• SAP experience desired.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics practices.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
