Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Expert level in call center operations.
• Understanding of service objectives and analytics.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• PMI Certification preferred.
• Business Analytics/Risk Management preferred.
• Workforce Certification preferred.
