Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading operational excellence across all shifts of operation in the wastewater processing environment, ensuring on-time execution to meet customer demands.

In Short

• Leads and develops a staff of Operators.
• Meets/exceeds wastewater processing goals.

• Maintains cross-training matrix for production lines.
• Contributes to development of annual operating budgets.
• Delivers sustainable results in operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or similar.
• At least 5 years of work experience in wastewater processing.
• 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Results-driven with a customer focus.
• Experience with business planning and analysis.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams.
• Initiative and confidence in decision-making.
