Overview

As an Operations Manager at Firstbase, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes within our Finance Product team, focusing on internal efficiency, operational excellence, and creating a streamlined customer experience.

Requirements

• Be based in a LatAm country (although the position is remote).
• At least 3 years of experience in operations management.
• Experience in developing and optimizing workflows.
• Proven track record in managing customer issues.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
