Overview

As an Operations Manager at Firstbase, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes within our Finance Product team, focusing on internal efficiency and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Be based in a LatAm country (although the position is remote).
• At least 3 years of experience managing business operations.
• Experience developing and optimizing operational workflows.
• Proven track record managing customer and stakeholder issues.
• Excellent ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks.
