Experian is seeking a Product Operations Manager to enhance the performance of its Employer Services Product team, driving operational excellence and product development in a startup atmosphere.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management or related experience.
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software product lifecycles.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for process automation.
• Ability to design repeatable, scalable systems.
• Experience influencing across teams without authority.
• Strong leadership skills and a curious mindset.
