• Design, implement, and maintain organized systems in Notion.
• Develop and integrate automations to streamline tasks.
• Build intake forms and internal request systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an ops/project management role.
• Experience with Notion, Zapier, Make.com, Google Workspace.
• High attention to detail and systems thinking.
• Fluency in English.
• Based in the Balkans preferred.
