Requirements

3-5+ years experience in design focused on direct response campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing.
Fluent in English and able to work in CET/EU time zones.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Strong portfolio of ad creatives required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Experience in audience research and translating insights into creatives.
