In Short

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and procedures across all aspects of the executive search function
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency gains
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality assurance protocols
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations and internal targets
• Coordinate client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the search process
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and search updates
• Collaborate closely with consultants and researchers to ensure seamless execution of search assignments
• Oversee the effective use of CRM systems, databases, and other technology platforms
• Support budget planning and monitor operational expenses
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of operational resources

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems and data management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
