Overview

Join a rapidly expanding inclusive hospitality company as their Human Resources Generalist and help build HR infrastructure during an exciting period of growth. This is a high-impact role supporting a VP of HR across a multi-state hospitality environment spanning boutique hotels, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment venues.

In Short

• Provide hands-on HR guidance to operations teams across multiple states.
• Maintain compliant employee documentation and HR files.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Manage J1 and H2B visa hiring and processing.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations.
• Partner with managers on performance management and coaching.
• Administer leaves of absence and oversee benefits enrollment.
• Support full hiring lifecycle and conduct onboarding.
• Help implement and optimize ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations and compliance.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Ability to conduct workplace investigations.
• Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Proficiency in HR systems, especially ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
