  • Support supervisors with coaching and staff development.
  • Create sustainable HR structures for organizational expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes.
  • Ability to manage employee relations and workplace inquiries.
  • Experience with benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple states.
  • Understanding of federal, state, and municipal employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
