In Short

• Own payroll, benefits, leave administration, and core HR operations.
• Manage and optimize our People tech stack.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Own compliance end-to-end.
• Optimize the full employee lifecycle.
• Build people dashboards and reporting.
• Support compensation and performance programs.
• Support recruiting during spikes or for priority roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, people systems, or total rewards.
• Expertise in payroll and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with multi-state compliance and international expansion.
• Experience managing HR systems.
• Comfort building dashboards and interpreting people data.
• A builder and learner at heart.
• Eager to experiment with new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong communicator who balances precision and empathy.
