The HR Operations Manager will manage and optimize our benefits and HR operations in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, ensuring smooth HR, payroll, and benefits operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in benefits and operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in remote HR services management.
• Knowledge of compliance in benefits and leave administration.
• Project management experience focusing on efficiency.
• Proven HRIS/HCM management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Technologically savvy with a focus on process improvements.
