Requirements

• 2+ years of benefits administration experience in the U.S.
• Direct U.S. payroll experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. labor laws.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• Comfort in undefined environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced companies.
• Project management experience is a plus.
