• Drive the backbone of the people infrastructure through scalable compensation, compliance, benefits, and HR technology practices.
• Focus on process design and building high-integrity people programs.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team for support and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead the buildout of a new compensation structure.
• Maintain compensation bands and prepare data for HRIS automation.
• Administer core benefits programs and oversee compensation program administration.
• Provide actionable people metrics and insights.
• Ensure compliance across all areas of HR operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on evolving compliance frameworks.
• Support the implementation of Workday HRIS.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR operations, focusing on compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with compensation cycles and job leveling.
• Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and systems thinking.
• Proficiency with HRIS tools such as Workday.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience using collaboration tools like Confluence and JIRA.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
