Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with ADP.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience with HRIS and case management tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project management skills are essential.
• Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
