Overview

The Manager, HR Operations at Halton Healthcare will lead the Employee & Client Services function, focusing on end-to-end HR transaction processes and the development of recruitment and retention strategies.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, 5 in a leadership role.
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • CHRP or CHRL registration is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills in developing HR teams.
  • Technical experience with ATS and HR Information Systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and unionized environments.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively.
  • Success in leading projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
