Overview

The Manager, HR Operations will lead the Employee & Client Services function responsible for end-to-end HR transaction processes, focusing on recruitment and retention strategies aligned with Halton Healthcare’s strategic objectives.

In Short

  • Lead and develop HR Associates and Recruitment Advisors.
  • Implement recruitment programs promoting an inclusive culture.
  • Provide expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment models.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment and retention metrics.
  • Address complex employee issues in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvement in HR operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of labour legislation and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand future hiring needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in leadership.
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • CHRP or CHRL with HRPAO registration is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Technical experience with ATS and HR Information Systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide solutions.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and unionized environments.
  • Proven success in leading projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
