HR Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

In this role you will execute all frontline processes and policies as it pertains to the Global HR Operations, focusing on remote employees and enhancing HR services.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for remote employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of HR Operation experience.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Strong customer orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
