Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Wyrld is a social commerce platform that connects influencers, brands, and consumers in a unique, gamified shopping experience. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for logistics, transport, and customer service to define, optimize, and further develop our processes.

In Short

• Strategic management of relationships with logistics, transport, and customer service partners.
• Negotiating terms, prices, and agreements.
• Monitoring processes, service quality, and handling complaints and returns.
• Observing market trends and identifying new technologies or processes.
• Collaborating closely with purchasing, marketing, and content teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transport, and/or customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
• A completed degree or commercial training in logistics, trade, or a comparable field.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience dealing with international suppliers.
• Structured work style and proficiency in data analysis and report preparation in Excel.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Preferably experience in e-commerce, especially in the beauty or fashion sector.
