Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR or operations roles.
• Experience in international payroll administration.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

• Experience with international remote teams is a plus.
