Overview

As an HR Operations Manager at WorkMotion, you will manage complex employment matters and ensure a seamless HR lifecycle process for our clients, while maintaining compliance and supporting administrative tasks.

In Short

• Serve as the primary HR expert for France, managing complex employment matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and clients on HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Italian employment laws and best practices.
• Develop and enforce country-specific HR policies and processes.
• Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support administrative HR tasks including reports and audits.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Provide a localized HR experience while collaborating with product teams.
• Standardize HR procedures across global entities.
• Address HR queries accurately for Italian employment matters.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR setup and operations with expertise in French HR legislation.
• Experience in other European countries is highly desirable.
• Proven experience working with clients.
• Strong project management skills for multi-country HR projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Solid experience with offboarding processes.
• Experience with Portage set-up is highly desirable.
