Reliant Credit Union is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee employee relations, benefits, and compensation functions, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in HR operations, with 5 years in leadership.
• HR Certification desired (SPHR, PHR, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of employee relations and benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information.
