Overview

As the RCRA Compliance Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted subject matter expert in hazardous waste and RCRA regulations—leading complex compliance programs for large-scale customers and guiding a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in hazardous waste regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. Federal RCRA regulations.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team leadership and coaching mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification (preferred).
