• Oversee inspection review operations for single-family rental portfolio.
• Lead and manage a team of 3 inspection review specialists.
• Conduct property assessments and inspection reviews.
• Ensure accurate property evaluations for informed investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transaction Management and Underwriting.
• Utilize Salesforce and scoping tools for project tracking and analysis.
• Maintain quality standards and review protocols.
• Identify risks and compliance issues in property assessments.
• Support professional development and training for the team.
• Generate reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in property inspection or construction management.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform.
• Experience with property inspection tools (Inspectify, Site Capture preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes.
