Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or Engagement Platforms.
  • Hands-on experience administering Gainsight.
  • Ability to own systems independently.
  • Experience designing and executing engagement campaigns.
  • Strong data fluency and comfort with dashboards.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
