Overview

The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing key internal and external initiatives, adding significant value to customers, and helping the organization innovate through the implementation of new projects.

In Short

  • Navigate each phase of the project with internal and external teams.
  • Initiate strategic initiatives influencing project direction.
  • Develop and present value propositions to customers.

  • Identify gaps and propose solutions during projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in high-tech/SaaS industry experience.
  • 8+ years in Customer Engagement roles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow products in an Enterprise.
  • Strong project management skills including planning and reporting.
  • Experience in leading strategic customer programs.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with analytics and understanding of metrics.
  • Strong customer orientation and active listening skills.
  • Critical thinking and ability to learn quickly.
  • BS/BA degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.
