Customer Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting customers, internal and external, by bridging the gap between our RWD products, BD, data operations, RWE team, and our customers’ translational research and drug development objectives.

In Short

• Responsible for clinical data abstraction from medical records.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for data abstraction activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Function as the first point of contact for BD and customers.
• Support creation of customer collaterals and insights.
• Collaborate with research scientists to distill data insights.
• Lead client engagement and participate in calls.
• Build consultative relationships with clients in pharma and biotech.
• Ensure high-quality standards and alignment with client objectives.
• Solicit customer feedback to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

• Masters degree in health sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in clinical data abstraction or management.
• U.S. Licensed nurse or physician’s assistant preferred.
• Experience with medical record abstraction across multiple platforms.
