Overview

ShadowDragon is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to play a key role in aligning our solutions with the unique needs and mission objectives of our customers. This position will involve training clients on our products and relevant OSINT methodologies, as well as regularly engaging with customers to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with ShadowDragon products.

In Short

  • Drive customer outcomes and foster engagement.
  • Assess and validate customer use cases and maturity levels.
  • Execute customer engagement initiatives tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive customer retention and growth.
  • Monitor customer usage and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct customer training and product demonstrations.
  • Develop customized training plans based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge base content based on customer feedback.
  • Travel up to 25% for client meetings and on-site projects.
  • Experience in OSINT and customer engagement is preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in OSINT or technical expertise in OSINT processes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead training engagements both in-person and online.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Familiarity with ShadowDragon products is a plus.
  • Experience in customer engagement is a plus.
