Senior Software Developer - Remote

In Short

• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance applications using Python, Go, and modern backend technologies.
• Design and implement scalable microservices architectures and optimize existing systems for performance and security.
• Work closely with security teams to enforce Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical mentorship for junior developers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, OpenStack, or similar) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Develop and maintain database solutions.
• Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and frontend integrations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including incident response and debugging complex distributed systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, with strong backend expertise.
• Proficiency in Python and or Go.
• Deep understanding of Linux administration and cloud environments (AWS, OpenStack, or similar).
• Strong database experience (SQL and NO-SQL).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Redis, or something similar for scalable data processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a very fast paced and always evolving development landscape.
