Overview

Geotab is a global leader in IoT and connected transportation, seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Keycloak or other OAuth 2.0-compliant authorization servers.

In Short

• Integrate Keycloak with existing applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Keycloak-related issues.
• Plan and execute Keycloak upgrades.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
• Design and implement security architecture.
• Ensure scalability and security of the authentication system.
• Write and maintain secure, high-quality code in Java and C#.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Stay current with Keycloak advancements.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotating schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong background in Java, C#, and relational databases.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Self-motivated and capable of driving projects to completion.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
