Overview

As a Customer Engagement Manager at Digital Science, you will support enterprise customers in leveraging ReadCube to enhance their research management.

In Short

  • Develop deep knowledge of ReadCube and customer needs.
  • Support implementations and deliver engaging web-based training.
  • Act as the first line contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide strong written documentation for user communications.
  • Promote the latest features and ensure customer utilization.
  • Support various user-facing activities with internal teams.
  • Identify client challenges and develop proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales on renewal forecasts and up-sell strategies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, organized, and proactive in fast-paced environments.
  • Patient and empathetic under pressure.
  • Passionate advocate for customers.
  • Experience teaching technical products and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of enterprise software implementations.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success or Support in B2B software.
