Requirements

• A current UK practising certificate.
• Private practice training at a leading law firm.
• 15+ years PQE with 5+ years in-house experience.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Working knowledge of data privacy laws.
• Enthusiasm for technology and new tools.
• Collaborative working style.
• Ability to take ownership and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a growth SaaS or technology business is ideal.
