Overview

We are seeking a Senior-level, strategic designer to join our flexible, fully remote central Design team, offering an opportunity to materially impact how design is done at Digital Science while crafting impactful AI-supported experiences for individual researchers.

In Short

• Craft impactful AI-supported experiences for individual researchers.
• Support end-to-end researcher workflows related to search, writing, and knowledge management.
• Own the product discovery process and lead to actionable insights.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative product discovery activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Produce engineering-ready systematic designs using modern tools.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic UX work on complex SaaS web applications.
• Proficiency in generative and evaluative user research methods.
• Ability to own a human-centered design process.
• Curiosity about leveraging AI within design.
• Rapid interactive prototyping skills in modern design tools.
• Clear visual communication and storytelling skills.
