Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join us full-time and on a permanent basis as soon as possible. We live a remote-first culture, but you are free to choose whether you want to work hybrid or fully on-site, depending on your proximity to one of our locations.

In Short

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and customer journey mapping.
• Solid experience with common UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex user interfaces.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into user-centered designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – including towards non-design stakeholders.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic understanding of frontend frameworks).
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
