Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Support Specialist (all genders) to start as soon as possible, within the Czech Republic. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will take on innovative and responsible tasks to ensure smooth 24/7 operation within the framework of technical 3rd level support.

In Short

  • Provide 3rd level technical support to customers.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot customer IT infrastructure.
  • Document and analyze errors on websites.
  • Install, configure, and administer servers and applications.
  • Communicate with customers in English via ticket system.
  • Proactively monitor internal infrastructure.
  • Participate in professional development through training.
  • Work in a flexible and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or relevant experience.
  • Very good knowledge of Linux administration.
  • Service-oriented and responsible action in technical support.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Initial knowledge of Bash scripting is desirable.
  • Experience with SQL databases is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of German is a plus.
