Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Support Specialist (all genders and equivalent to L3 System Administrator) to ensure smooth 24/7 operation within the framework of technical 3rd level support.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or relevant experience.
• Very good knowledge of Linux administration.
• Experience in technical customer support.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Desirable: knowledge of Bash scripting and SQL.
• Sound knowledge of German is a plus.
• Commitment and enthusiasm for the role.
