Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Technical Support Specialist (all genders and equivalent to L3 System Administrator) to start in our nightshift. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will take on innovative and responsible tasks to ensure smooth 24/7 operation within the framework of technical 3rd level support.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or relevant experience in IT
  • Very good knowledge of Linux administration
  • Service-oriented and responsible action in technical support
  • English language skills are mandatory
  • Initial knowledge of Bash scripting and basic programming skills is desirable
  • Experience with databases (SQL) is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of German is beneficial
