As a Technical Support Specialist at Shakudo, you will provide technical support for the Shakudo AI & Data Platform, ensuring high-quality service for a global customer base.

• Provide technical support for the Shakudo AI & Data Platform.
• Respond to customer queries related to platform setup and deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain records of customer issues and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring issues.
• Specialize in areas such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AI/ML workflows.
• Communicate effectively via platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
• Work during 9am-5pm EST hours.
• Proactively solve problems and improve customer support.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT HelpDesk roles.
• Strong understanding of AI, DevOps, or cloud-native technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
