Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at Shakudo, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for the Shakudo AI & Data Platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences across multiple time zones.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for Shakudo's AI & Data Platform.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding platform setup and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for issue resolution.
  • Specialize in areas such as Kubernetes, Docker, and AI/ML workflows.
  • Work in a fully remote environment.
  • Maintain technical documentation and improve processes.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via written platforms.
  • Proactively solve problems with attention to detail.
  • Work during 9am-5pm EST hours.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT HelpDesk.
  • Strong understanding of AI, DevOps, or cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
  • Experience in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
