Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

TTEC Digital seeks a Sr. UX Designer to join our CX Consulting practice area. This is a 100% remote opportunity focused on crafting experience strategies and designing customer and employee experience solutions.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business objectives and user needs.
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Lead Visual Design efforts from initial concepts to refined designs.
• Execute on Wireframes & Prototypes with minimal guidance.
• Manage multiple workstreams or accounts simultaneously.
• Advocate for user-centric design within the company.
• Contribute to the company’s Design culture and best practices.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably in consulting or agency environments.
• A digital portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects is required.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe XD.
• Experience with design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations and Design Thinking workshops.
• Knowledge of Design Systems.
• Ability to design across various digital channels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with user research methods and interaction design.
• A passion for user-centered design and staying updated with industry trends.
• Bachelor’s level degree required.
