In Short

• Lead Research & Discovery: Plan and conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Facilitate Design Sprints: Run 1–2 week sprints to collaboratively explore and test new ideas.
• Design for AI Experiences: Help define how users interact with AI tools and agents.
• Prototype & Test: Create wireframes, flows, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Tell the Story: Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with ML engineers, PMs, and developers.
• Support Experiments: Participate in scoping lean experiments.
• Mentor & Uplift: Share best practices and give feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Master Facilitator: Engaging leader in workshops and design sprints.
• Experimental Mindset: Comfortable testing and iterating.
• Storytelling Excellence: Craft compelling narratives about your process.
• User-Centered Visionary: Deep empathy for users.
• Strategic and Systemic Thinking: Design experiences that fit within broader systems.
• Prototyping Expertise: Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Success in multidisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity and Passion for AI: Eager to explore how AI technologies reshape design.
