Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at Roadie, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for the Roadie Driver app. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to create research-driven mobile experiences that meet user needs and align with business objectives.

• Support the evolution of Roadie's Baseline design system.
• Contribute to the improvement of the UX team’s processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply knowledge to improve product and design practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience/product design across web, iOS, and Android.
• A strong curiosity and passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to self-manage and lead projects with minimal oversight.
• Mastery of the end-to-end UX process.
• Strong visual design competency for mobile-centric experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Highly developed communication and analytical skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating excellent visual craft.
