Requirements

• 5+ years in a client-facing UX role.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• Expertise in complex digital products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
• Experience in organizational leadership.
• Ability to work with global teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
