Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at dLocal, you will play a critical role in driving the execution and strategy of our main products, focusing on enhancing user experiences and improving conversion rates for our merchants.

In Short

• Lead the UX design process throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with product management tasks.
• Nice to have: Experience leading teams and knowledge of the payments industry.
