Execution and Enablement Manager - Remote

Overview

The Execution and Enablement Manager at dLocal will lead operational excellence across the Payins network, managing relationships with partners and driving performance improvements to enhance merchant experiences.

• Lead operational excellence across dLocal’s Payins network.

Requirements

• 6+ years in payments/fintech operations.
• Experience with card schemes and APMs preferred.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of payment flows and operations.
• Data-driven mindset with root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Knowledge of operational compliance and scheme mandates.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; fluency in English.
