In Short

• Strategic onboarding design and evolution of Go1’s onboarding programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to create impactful training programs.
• Enable pipeline generation through pre-sales efforts supporting SDR and AE teams.
• Enhance productivity through effective tool adoption and training resources.
• Build scalable systems for feedback collection and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, L&D, or similar roles in a SaaS environment.
• Proven success in designing and managing scalable onboarding or learning programs.
• Strong understanding of sales and pre-sales processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with common enablement technologies and GTM tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
• Must be located in Central, Mountain, or Pacific timezones to be considered.
