Overview

As a GTM Enablement Manager at Braze, you will play a critical role in the onboarding and long-term success of new hires within the go-to-market teams, ensuring they are well-prepared to contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Enablement or related fields.
• Expertise in sales processes and methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record in hosting enablement events.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt to new demands.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel lightly.
