Overview

An Enablement Manager at Rain will equip GTM teams with the necessary tools, training, and content to drive success and achieve revenue targets.

In Short

  • Design and implement sales training programs.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to assess training needs.
  • Develop enablement tools like playbooks and case studies.
  • Ensure GTM teams have access to necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage content effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze GTM team performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams for alignment.
  • Oversee onboarding for new GTM staff.
  • Continuously improve training and onboarding processes.
  • Travel for team training and events up to 4 times a year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in enablement or training.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a people manager.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes.
  • Proven ability to develop training materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
